The PDS is strongly represented with 10 ministers, while the Democratic League/Movement for the Labour Party , a member of the coalition, and the African Party for Democracy and Socialism have two ministers each in the line-up.

Note : Chaired a Group of African Experts from the Organization of African Unity (O.U.A) and from the African Bank for Development [Banque Africaine de Développement (B.A.D.)] during the International Monetary negociations about Financing Development and Intra African Cooperation (1972). In 1973 he edited the Chart for Cooperation, Economic Independence and Development, adopted by the Summit of African Chiefs of State in Addis-Abeba. The African Center for Monetary Study [Centre d'Etudes Monétaires (CAEM)] under the aegis of the OUA was set up after his proposal. He has taken an active part in various Conferences about Law and Development issues over the past 30 years : UN, OUA, CNECED, IMF, Jurists' International Committee, World Bank, Centre de la Paix Mondiale par le Droit, (Word Peace through Law Center, Washington). He was awarded as "Commandeur de l'Ordre du Mérite" ( SENEGAL), and as a Grand Officier de la Légion d'Honneur (France)

Madame Madior Boye - Prime Minister

Éducation / Profession : Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences . Degree from the National Center for Judiciary Study [Centre National d'Etudes Judiciaires] in Paris. Deputy Procurator of the Republic, then served as a judge being the 1st Vice President of the First Class Regional Court in Dakar. Former president of Dakar Court of Appeal.

Since 1983 ; Dakar Autonomous Harbour where he served successively as , the company's sollicitor and head of the training Dept., head of the Careers administration dept. , Head of the Saff Administration, Head of the Human Resources Division, and assistant director of the Trainmer Center (Training Center ruled by a joint administration of the Senegalese Loaders'Council and Dakar Autonomous Harbour).
