Ljubco Georgievski - Prime Minister

Born : on 17. 01. 1966 in Shtip

Education/Profession : Graduated at the Philological Faculty in Skopje, at the Comparative Literature Department. 1995-1998 in "BS"-holding company.

Political career : In 1991 vice-president of the Republic of Macedonia. 1992-1995 member of Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia. Appointed Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia on 30.11. 1998.

Born : on 4.11. 1956 in Kavadarci

Education/Profession : Graduated at the Economic Faculty in Skopje in 1982. Financial manager, acting director and manager of "Mlekarnica"- Skopje from 1991-1996. General manager of "Bratstvo - Edinstvo" in Skopje (1996-97).

Political career : From January 1996 till October 1997 he volunteered as the mayor of "Kisela Voda" municipality in Skopje. January 1999 he was appointed Manager of the Agency for Privatisation of the Republic of Macedonia. He was appointed Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply on 19. 05. 1999.

Ganka Samoilova-Cvetanova - Minister of of Culture

Born : on 3 January, 1968, in Skopje

Education/Profession : In 1989 graduated from the Faculty of Music Arts in Skopje, where she won her M.Sc. degree in 1994. 1997 Specialization at the State Music Academy in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria. 991-1999 : junior assistant and assistant at the Faculty of Music Arts, Skopje ; Docent at the Faculty of Music Arts, Skopje. 1999 - July 2000 Director of the Macedonian Philharmony.

Political career : July 2000 -: Minister of Culture.

Born : on 5 February, 1967 in the village of Bogovinje, Tetovo

Education/Profession : In 1990 graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Pristina - Banking Department. 2000 won his M.Sc. degree in the field of monetary economy. 1991-1992 Head of Accounting Department at the Belo Jagne Company-Tetovo. 1992-1995 Head of the Accounting Department at the Albulena Company.1995 Head of the Accounting Department at the Fani Company Tetovo. 1996-1997 Head of the Accounting Department at the Albulena Company, Tetovo.

Political career : 1997- 1998 Counselor for Economic Issues to the Mayor of the Municipality of Tetovo. December 1998 - November 2000 Director of the Bank Rehabilitation Agency of the Republic of Macedonia, Skopje. 30 November 2000 Minister of Economy of the Republic of Macedonia.

Nenad Novkovski - Minister of Education and Science

Born : on 14 May 1958 in Kriva Palanka

Education/Profession : 1980 Graduated from the Faculty of Physics -Applied Physics Desk. 1981 Junior assistant, assistant, assistant professor and associate professor at the Institute for Physics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. 1985 won his M.Sc. degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in the field of theory of solar cells. 1990 won his Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Physics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje. Speaks : English and French. 1993-1997 Head of the Institute for Physics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. 1997 Head of the Desk for Physics of Condensed Matter at the Institute for Physics.

Political career : November 1998-December 1999 Minister of Education of the Republic of Macedonia. December 1999- July 2000 Minister of Science of the Republic of Macedonia. 30 November 2000 Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia.

Ilinka Mitreva - Minister of Foreign Affairs [NEW]

Born : 1950, Skopje, RM. Macedonian.

Graduated form the Faculty of Philology. Ph.D. in Philology. University professor at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. Fluent in French, English and Italian.

Party : SDSM (Social Democratic Union of Macedonia)

Political career : Member of the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM). Member of the Presidium of the Party. Member of the Delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Central European Initiative. Member of the Parliamentary Group for Co-operation with the European Parliament. Member of Parliament since 1994.

Born : on 25 October, 1952, in Mala Recica, near Tetovo

Education/Profession : In 1976 graduated from the Law Faculty in Pristina. Speaks Turkish. 1976-1981: Senior officer for legal affairs and Secretary of the Poloska Kotlina Company, Tetovo part of the Agriculture Complex Beograd. 1981-1989: Officer in charge of general legal affairs and Secretary of the Jelak Tetovo Company part of the Interpromet Complex. 1990-1996 employed at the Tekom -Tetovo Trade Company.

Political career : 1997-1998 Secretary of the Council of the Municipality of Tetovo - local self-government. He was the Secretary of the People's Democratic Party, and after the unification of the Party for Democratic Prosperity of Albanians and of the People's Democratic Party he was elected Secretary. 30 November 1998 Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Labor and Social Policy of the Republic of Macedonia.

Education/Profession : In 1994 graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Planning Desk on the subject: "Development possibilities of mountainous and underdeveloped areas and urban planning designs for given locations". 1992-1999 employed as engineer-architect at the "Balko Engineering" Company, Skopje. Worked in Russia employed at Dutch companies as supervisor and manager of works on commercial, administrative and museum facilities. 2 March 1999- July 2000 Chief State Inspector at the State Inspectorate for Urban Planning and Construction.

Political career : July 2000 Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Macedonia.
